Another little idea I have toyed with, any suggestions to improve it?
1-Won 2nd last start (no last start winners)
2-$6.00 or less pre-post (morning newspaper)
3-At least 2 starts from spell this campaign
4- If two or more qualifiers for race take best last start(1st over 3rd), then shortest price.
Thats it.
