I bet from odds and fluctuations, and they have at this stage completely stuffed me up, as I refresh and sometimes it works and sometimes it don't, and sometimes goes to an error page which is then frozen and I have to cancel the page and log in again.

As I work up until the last 30 secs or so before the jump it has totally stuffed me up today.

This game is hard enough without all this crap.

The books don't want you if you constantly win so one is left with only these idiots to bet with.

If any other commercial business gave this service they would go bankrupt.

My new card was in the mail today, and they also unlocked my account so I'm able to log in.

ANYBODY have any idea what the RD paid Werribee 6&7.. because the TAB sites have no clue... this is 2nd rate crap of the lowest order served up the Vic/NSW TAB..

Still in all would love to knw that divivdend

Sorry can't help you but I am totally fed up with race callers and commentators all day today on sky making excuses for the crap tab service, when even they couldn't give results.

One thing I noticed as well was a lot of divi's shown on screen after some races were wrong to actual divi's paid.

I had a result that showed $3.4 for a place at the jump and I just got my bet on with nano secs to spare.
After the result it showed $3 on the sky screen which was ok but got a real shock when they gave me $2.

The whole thing is a total stuff up.

I had a 15$ winner into a 4$ winner in the last 2 at Werribee... So i am guessing at better than 60 bucks, they usually pay pretty well
(or that has been my expereince when playing them in Victoria)

2KY, won't even give yout the RD even when the divvies are available.. dunno why?
Ah well at least my account has gone stradily upwards today, just I dunno what bets paid what...

Stuffed the ************ pin number up during re- rego on nsw and spent 40min yesterday for customer service before i gave up. Decided to ring the betting line and WOW im straight thru talking to someone what a suprise! Not. Pity she couldnt help me though.

My point is why in the hell didnt they tell us just to add a 1 to the end of your code so you have your pin number. I tried account number codes, the 3 digit code and some ref number they gave me way back.

Just rang the betting line again to be told customer service is a 1+ hour wait. Could this be the straw that broke the camels back??

They did! They provided this information in the folded page that had your new account card attached, under the heading :

Oops! If the dribble down my shirt didn't give it away then this has. Only bothered reading the vic one.

Understandable. Having multiple accounts added to the confusion. e.g. NSW account number and pin changed but VIC ones didn't.
