hi fellow punters i am working on a system that converts ratings from 3 seperate sorces and evaluate the best rated horse and good e/way odds?

im staying away from any odds on fav ,but focusing on horses paying at least $4 on the tote?well you can hold me too it but i dont control the market although i have tried to get the best value for the win on gallops only.
