Default New System

Hi all,
Have any of you ever had a moment when you think you may have found THE answer to system betting?
Well, I did last night, when reviewing the Saturday meetings.
To test this out, I want to put on record my selections in advance for tomorrow's Warwick Farm races. If they lose then it was obviously a brainsnap, but in the remote likelihood that they win, then I will call it a brainwave.
They are
Race 1: Our Two Oh Two
Race 2: Booboo
Race 3: Dracaan
Race 5: Belhari
Race 6: Mullumbimby

To justify my belief, I won't be satisfied unless I can get at least 3 winners from these 5 selections; my thoughts are that these are most likely to come from Races 1,3 &6

Unless there are any scratchings (which MAY affect the selections) these will stand.
Cheers
Brian
PS I am doing this for my benefit only, because, whenever I come up with ideas they seem to "fall on their faces" when I put them on the 'net, and this is the toughest test of all.
Cheers
Brian

bmcguirk,

Win or loose mate, at least you have the courage to put your system's selection up. Well done.
Used to be a common event on this forum page once upon a time. Now all the selection come out after the event and everyone is driving Rollers. You'd never believe the stats. that say only 5% of punters win after a quick read through this forum :-)

Well, it looks like the inevitable bogey of publishing the selections has struck again.
Race 1: Our Two Oh Two : beaten by a nostril 2 $16.00!!!

I think that just shows how good the information is on this forum, 90% of us are winners now. :-)

It's just a personal opinion but I feel a lot of people posting selections makes for a boring forum. Unless you post over several weeks it's pretty meaningless, you could hit an uncharacteristic good or bad patch. I find the opinions and ideas a lot more valuable and frankly I'm prepared to believe someone if they say their system does well (then I'll back test it over a lot of races if I'm tempted to use it).

Kenny,

System PP selections, like in this thread, mine and ummm...ummm[?], occupy less than 5% of the forum page here [opinion being the other 95%]. Hardly enough to get bored with. Anyone bored with that 5% has the other 95% to wallow in so why complain ?

System selections only become boring when the system has gone into chronic loss and usually by then the system has been left to slide off the page. If the system is performing it has everyone's rapt attention don't worry about that.

KV & Crash, you both have valid points, that's why I posted the PPM rules for all to see, i.e.

I don't bother posting all the winners, I mean what's the point, anyone who's interested knows already. And still more have added their own slant.

Mind you I still can't resist shouting when I jag a 46-1 shot like yesterday or the other week 208-1.

And the way you can seguay from any subject on any thread into a valid reason to shout those winners leaves me breathless. :-)
Well done! (On the winners I mean).

KV, I stand chastised, but you must stand next to me as none of the comments helped bmc's new system???

(can't remember pleading the case on any other thread though???)

Bmc, Sorry about the digression, so how did it go in the end??
