I have a site you can use, but please read my advice below.

http://www.ozracetools.com/modules....atings_To_Price

With this converter, it's VERY important to note that you can't just simply put all the horses' ratings directly into it, because you'll end up with ridiculously large prices and a wide open market which will be no use to you at all. Here's an example. Using Unitab ratings, these were the odds it would have come up with for Wyong R3 from yesterday.

1 - rtg 91, price $9.00
2 - rtg 78, price $10.50
3 - rtg 87, price $9.50
4 - rtg 90, price $9.50
6 - rtg 96, price $8.50
8 - rtg 90, price $9.50
9 - rtg 92, price $9.00
10 - rtg 100, price $8.50
11 - rtg 90, price $9.50

Now, those prices are just totally ridiculous, so here's what you have to do to get a more realistic set of prices. Firstly, use only the top 2 thirds of the horses from the ratings. Drop the rest. So in other words, in a field of 12, use only the top 8 ratings. Then importantly you have to convert the lowest of these ratings to just one point (or kg) and work all the rest of the ratings up from there. In that Wyong race, we would drop numbers 2 & 3 altogether, then we'd convert numbers 4, 8 & 11 to just 1 point and work all the rest of them out from there. You'd end up with ratings like this:

1 - rtg 2, price $13.00
4 - rtg 1, price $26.00
6 - rtg 7, price $4.00
8 - rtg 1, price $26.00
9 - rtg 3, price $9.00
10 - rtg 11, price $2.50
11 - rtg 1, price $26.00

Now that's a much more realistic set of prices.

Hope all of this helps you in some way, but play around with it yourself and try to work out a method that suits.

Ahhh, I forgot about that one. Yeah, it works on the same idea that I was explaining in my post.
