*Ignore races where the pre post favorite is less than $2.50 pre post.
*Ignore races where there are equal pre post favorites.

*Of the horses who's pre post prices are less than $8 pick the one who's weight is closest to the pre post favorite.

*If more than one horse select the highest pre post price.
*If two horses are tied on the same high price bet both,if more than two ignore the race.

This idea got burried in the rabble of the other thread but i thought it deserved its own thread.
