Default Seen it all before .........

Seen it all before Moeee.

For such a consistent rider, his record in major distance handicap races is appalling; I questioned this in another post, (Detailed Caulfield Cup Preview).

I personally enforced a 2kg penalty on El Segundo when doing my ratings; that placed him 3 and a half lengths from the winner. Unfortunately I missed, (Railings), although I also missed taking the short odds about El Segundo.

Gauci loves to ride for inside runs. He fluked an inside run in the JRA Cup at MV and was riding for a fluke inside run in the Caufield Cup. It's an extremely poor strategy. Looks cleaver when it come off, and looks a mug when it dosesn't.

Careful fellas....there is an occasional poster on this forum who will not tolerate any criticism of jockeys. He may be their "guardian angel" or.......is he/she affiliated with a jockey manager?
Whoops!

Post Stewards' Report

Stewards' Report regarding that particular incident highlighted that the initial interference was partly caused by S.Fujita (Eye Popper) laying in onto Vouvray.

Stewards to notify him on keeping his mounts straight in the future.
