Race 7 Flemington
Looking at R7 i decided to look at the race from a different perspctive. Of the 14 runners i eliminated the horses i felt that wouldn't win or even run a place. Now, I could be wrong, but time will tell on that one.
From the 14 runners the 4 placegetters should come from the following 3,4,5,7,8,9,10. I'm going to box these in a first four in NSW. Mad Gambler |

So, you've left Our Smoking Joe out altogether?

Brave move leaving out Joe was in the best form of his career whan last seen and finally turned into the horse I always had a bit of an opinion he could be.
I can undertsand leaving out Great is Great aswell but on his day he is leaps and bounds ahead of most of these. |

I was right about Our Smoking Joe and Great is Great. They never ran a place, but I missed the fisrt four, but there will be other races for me to use this idea.

With all the rain down there, it has obviously become a bit tough to pick a winner at Flemington, let alone a trifecta/first4 etc.

No better example of that than the last race.
