Default I have absolutely NO DOUBT

that the Melbourne Storm will win the premiership this year. I have been a storm supporter since their initiation in 1998 and have never been this confident about them. I personally got on at $9.00 and would take evens right now i am that sure. They have been playing such a terrific brand of footy for the whole season - i've watched all their matches and anyone who has seen them could not argue. With guys like crocker and inglis coming back from injury and them shifting guys like hoffman and turner to the bench shows what great depth the storm currently have - with the best backline in the comp, a great set of halves, a supremely underrated front row (particularly brett white), a great set of back rowers and the best coach going around the storm are completely set - they could lose every game until the finals and i'd still have them; their attitude is fantastic and they are all putting in for each other and giving 110% every game

Chuck, hope you are right, but i had this SICKENING feeling for the last 6 - 8 weeks that the Bulldogs will win, i hate them [but from a punting point they are like gold to me] almost as much as i hate those Dragoooons [ a team i never ever back under any circumstances], this is one time i hope the gut is off the mark.

I would say the Sea Eagles arn't dead yet, I'm sure I saw that corner post move, when it went upstairs. But I do think it is the year of the Storm after lossing the AFL Rupid needs Rugby Leauge to do well in Melbourne, Plus they have the best side on the park at the right time of the year. The Bulldogs are in trouble and it may be to late for them to recover, plus their past sins are still holding them back. Brisbane for me is the only danger, but coming into finals time they tend to think they are better than they really are, and if they do this again they may not make it to the final game. But if they see themselves as the underdog, they are a very great danger. I'd be listening to their talk, to see what they are saying about themselves.
As for me I hope Kennedys comeback is one to be remebered for a long time, Manly did ok down south and it could be enough to lift them to the level that they need to be at to be there on the last day.

i dont mean to be rude chuck and i might be a bit biased but i cant see the storm beating the broncs or the dogs

you saw what the broncs have done these past three weeks. when their forwards are firing they are almost unstoppable. as for the best back line and back row i think the bronc would be on par if not better

as for the best coach, say what you want but no is better than bennett and there has been a better coach for the past 10+ years

and i am willing to put my money where my mouth is. i will bet $20 that the broncs will reach the final. any takers????

like i said i might be biased being a broncs supporter but it does seem like a cracking finals series this year. cant wait!!!!!!

good luck and happy punting

The Storm will be there GF day, i',m sure of it, the last couple of weeks they have rested players and have been in cruise mode but they will step it up from now on,but its a toos up for the other spot between the Broncos ,Knights or Manly. I'm glad i was wrong about the Bulldogs, from what i'm seeing lately the wheels are falling off, their gone ditto for those Dragoooons, they are ******** weak.
