Im after some background information on a Horse trainer based in Toowoomba. Does anyone know of where I can get a background check done?

Maybe the Queensland Thoroughbred Racing Board could help? I've included a link to one of their web pages - provides list of licensed trainers, address and contact details.

How about unlicensed trainers. Can someone also explain why you do not have to have a license
