I came up with this little formula to win a target.

=D2=A1/B

To win a target (profit) of $5 the is $15.

Can some please hel?

Heres a target staking plan one might like to check with some past results.

To work out the Target to Betting Bank.
Calculate 0.5% of bank x 6
e.g. $1000 bank x 0.5% = $5 x 6 = $30 target setting.
With initial divisor of 6/1
Restart once $5.00+ in profit.
or
$300 x 0.5% =$1.50 x 6 = $9 target setting
With initial divisor of 6/1
Restart once $1.50+ in profit

One must use large banks like this if one is going to entertain progressive betting. Otherwise one will not survive the run of outs of 15 or more, which will happen .

We start again as soon as target drops to $25 or less leaving us with a $5+ profit.= 0.50% of $1000 bank.

Then start from the beginning with another $30 Target.

Dont keep going to get the remaining $25 , because this will cause ones bets to blow right out.
So reset target to $30 again once target drops to $25 or less.= $5 profit

Go in stages of 2 bets before increasing divisor by one point on a loosing run.
e.g. 66778899ect

When a winner is struck ,but has not acheived our objective , in this case $5+prof . Reduce Divisor.
If dividend pays $3.90 or less, reduce divisor by 1 point.
If dividend pays $4.00+ , reduce divisor by 2 points.

Example
Targ---Divisor-O/L
30------6------5L
35------6------6L
41------7------6L
47------7------7L
54------8------8L
62------8------8w $2.50 =Prof $12.00
50------7------7L
57------7------8w $4.00 =Prof $24 (reduce divisor by 2)
33------5------7L
40------5------8w $2.90 =Prof $15.20
24.80 ---------------Target now less than $25 .Objective of $5+ Prof acheived . Actual Prof result +$5.20

Rule off & reset target to $30 with divisor of 6/1 again.

These amounts may seem small but one will notice how quickly these amounts add up into hundreds over time.

If one strikes a really bad run of say 20 outs in a row , add 2 points to the current divisor , this will help take the heat off & reduce the outlays until the winners hopefully start to roll in again.
This helps to conserve whats left of ones bank.

Try it out on some past results first ,before betting real money.
The plan works well if one can hit some winners with not too many long gaps in between.
This applies to any progressive staking plan one may look at.

I have seen staking plans costing approx $1000+ & they dont seem to work any better than this one. To acheive a similar result.
They tend to be very aggessive in the beginning then tapper off to really long divisors after a long run of outs, with minimal hope of getting the divisor down ,because the average price of the winners needs to be higher at the end, to suit the plan.

Remember , this stuff only works if one can pick some winners ,like any other staking plan.

Let us know how you go with it.

Cheers.
