![]() With the news that Blake Shinn will join the Waterhouse stable it ponders the question....will he succeed?
I, personally, am not a fan for reasons which I will not divulge at this time. However, if he gets the pick of the rides from this powerful stable then he should have a successful stint(as should Nash Rawiller) riding for this establishment. He'll certainly be given a good chance to secure a place for himself in the top echelon of Sydney riders. Good luck to him. Any other opinions? Cheers. |

![]() Good one CP,
That might very well be the case. We'll see what happens...time will tell-there will certainly a dearth of available class NSW riders around in the near future. What about G.M. Ryan...although, he dislikes the city? Cheers. |

![]() I think that Nash Rawiller may very seriously consider a relocation to Sydney after his efforts so far:
Saturday: SR5 Gp1 6 Bentley Biscuit WON $5.3w$2.0plNSW, and today: SR7 2 Anwaar WON $3.6w$1.5plNSW he'll be a welcome addition to the Sydney riding ranks. Cheers. |

![]() Yeah, he is certainly talented and has established a niche for himself on the Victorian provincial and country circuit.
However, he is experiencing weight problems which limit his ability to get the rides on the real topliners-good luck to him! Today, his brother, Nash, has only one ride at Gosford for the Waterhouse stable: SR4 2 Kingda Ka - first starter but Gai is trying to entice Nash to Sydney so this this could be a very attractive inducement. Cheers. |

![]() SR4 2 Kingda Ka 2nd $1.6plNSW,
flashed home in the last 50m just failing to grab the winner! Another good ride by N. Rawiller and should persuade him to relocate to Sydney in the near future. He's been very profitable for me over the Easter weekend and may it continue! Cheers. |

![]() Can't agree that Brad is way ahead of Nash in ability.
Brad is a good country jockey, when he comes to town he is nowhere near as good.Nash's record in town speaks for itself. If Brad is so far ahead of him,why didn't Gai ask him to ride for her? Don't think Shinn will last too long if Nash wants the job. As long as she gets rid of that grossly overrated D.Beasley. See how he slaughtered Tuesday Joy in the Oaks? He even publicly admitted to"misreading the race and missing the boat!" Singo calls the shots there, and has told Gai to set her for the MC. Don't think Danny's little bum will be on her back in that one. |
