Smile Weird superstitions

What superstitions do you have when it comes to the punt?

For some reason (can't remember why), I never use a green pen on a form guide. Doesn't matter too much these days as I've not bought a form guide in years, but the superstition has carried over onto my worksheets.

Also I never sit with my legs crossed when listening to or viewing a race, although sometimes the race result has made me cross my legs later.

Definitely getting a bit worried about you lately mate. How's the family life?
Hows the diet? Are you remembering to floss?

Well we can't take ourselves too seriously.

Gold

The only superstitions I have, and there's really no logic to it, is if I get interrupted during the course of the day, or miss a race because of a phone call, or have to reboot and login again, things seem to go pear-shaped.

Don't know why it is, but it illogically always happens.

So now, if something happens, I forget the rest of the day's racing.

I think it's due to being frustrated at being put off my concentration.

Yes the phone is the bane of the market watcher. How do they know to ring right at that critical moment?

A guy I know has special red undies and red socks he wears when he's doing something that requires a bit of luck. His wife has now bought him a tee-shirt with an big "S" on the front to match.
