Well, I know many of us are tied up in Sportz' excellent Spring Punting Comp but I thought there was room for a simple $10 Double comp over the next 13 weeks.

COMPETITION RULES

1. The competition will operate every Saturday throughout spring finishing up
on Emirates Stakes Day

2. Punters can select one Extra Double or Double from any thoroughbred
meeting covered by Unitab (its such a beautiful website) in Australia

3. Your weekly budget is $20.

4. Your double does not have to be for a $1 unit.
You can have 1 horse into another horse for $20 if you want.

5. Please calculate the cost of your double correctly
eg. 1(first leg)x1(second leg) (for $20)=$20;
2x4(for $2.50)=$20; 4x5(for 50c)=$10

6. Selections must be made by 12:00 Vic. time

7. The usual Unitab substitutes will be given in the case of scratchings

8. Over the first 10 weeks we will have a ladder with $ rankings

9. All dollar amounts will return to $0 for the last 3 weeks of the comp.

10.The top 2 will take each other on in the GRAND FINAL running over those
last 3 weeks (cox plate,derby day and emirates stakes day).
The other competitors will also play the person below them on the ladder
(ie. 3 v 4; 5 v 6) over the same 3 weeks.


I'd love to have this up and running with about 12 people by next Saturday.
