When will horse racing resume?

Well, that the latest on the ABC news. It's been closed in other countries for that amount of time due to this flu. An initial [first time] outbreak is the worst as our horses have developed no resistance to it.

No spring carnival ? No Melbourne cup? Greyhounds anyone?
