Default GOLD COAST GOLDMARKET DAY

Well i hate the coast and its bucketing down so should be a good day to donate some money.

I like a couple but who knows if it's even going to be on.

R2 Jive Bandit, this track should suit it more than its last start at eagle farm. Cant see something swamping it from the back like Mr Heartbreaker did at eagle farm. Has wet track form so happy to get on.

R5 Orpen Rose, perfect draw and extreme light weight with the claim from palmer. Handles the wet, not too much speed, so from the barrier should get an excellent run up front. Cant see getting close to the $9 quote in the paper but if it is gotta be best of the day.

R7 The weather has opened this race up alot, definitely a few horses come into it with the wet track. So much value around to, Omnitrader loves the wet, Im sure i saw Umaprince win the glasshouse on a wet track one year up the sunshine coast, General Patton unbeaten on slow & heavy, Damigos i think will be a huge improver and has won only start on slow, Yass river, Frisco's Vision won 2 starts back slow track.....where do you stop. Might take a couple at value odds Umaprince & Damigos and then have a go at the trifecta which is gunna be a big one. Should be a very interesting race. Wish the flexi betting had started already on unitab

R8 Cold Start e/w, no speed, handles the wet, Gold coast and rise in distance will suit to a tee.

Good luck tomorrow, hopefully we will see some racing.

just looking at the weather radar, not looking good, has been raining on the coast for most of the arvo with more rain coming behind it. They might need to give the jockeys and horses goggles and snorkles if they do race tomorrow

I can't see the Gold Coast racing. It has been raining here for a week, and bucketing for the last 48 hours.

Meeting has been abandoned. HW, Umaprince hates the wet and hasn't won on an affected track. Hard to Catch won this year's glasshouse on a heavy track. Perhaps the horse you were thinking of?
