Paddy, the first-ever Irish astronaut is on a mission to the Mars.

With him on the flight is a monkey.

Just before they’re loaded on board the rocket, the flight commander gives each an envelope containing instructions for when they land.

Finally the big day comes, after many months in space, they land on Mars.

The monkey opens his instructions which read:
“Unpack special robotic arm, assemble remotely controlled lunar vehicle. Deploy vehicle across Mars surface and collect four different types of mineral samples. Identify and label each sample and place in special airtight container for transportation back to Earth”.

Paddy then opens his envelope which reads:

“Feed the monkey!”

Good luck Paddy!

Ascot tips will go very close, although there are a couple of further chances

PS - Had a good chuckle at your joke

Hope you looked after the monkey!

Hope you did remember to feed yourself Paddy - Mars bars perhaps !

Did'nt get a chance to post my EMIRATES STAKES selections, had a day off yesterday - spent some of the money I'd won over the carnival.

For what it is worth had the winner and 3rd in my top 4.

Hi Sandgroper, if you read this what's happened to your Perth ratings, I'm not doing too well on the Perth races without them.

Hi BettyBoop.

We have just entered into a period where I historically go extra well with my ratings for Perth races. As such, it is also a period where I concentrate a bit more on the punt.

With this in mind, I do not think it is in my best interest to post ratings for a while - need to take advantage of whatever edge I can get.

For this period, I’m more than happy to give comment on specific Perth horses and their chances.

Hopefully forum members will understand.
