last night in a race at Gloucester Park there were two horses with fantastic place records - one horse had run a place something like 27 times in its last 28 starts and the other about 20 out of its last 20. Sadly for my pocket neither gained a place last night. In the race after there was another horse which had a 20/20 place record and it continued its streak.

all of this leads me to a few questions...

1. I know Sunline retired with a record of something like 40/45 places but would anyone like to add to this list by nominating other not retired horses or dogs that have such long placegetting streaks - or records.

2.at the official harness website their daily form guides include the results for the last 2 years, so you can see that a horse has run 475728111293920 etc...

I have not seen such detail at a racing or dogs website - is this information easily found and if so would someone like to point me in that direction.

3.whilst on streaks, anyone know what the longest winning streak of an animal currently active is???
