Asia Pacific Conference
With all the "heavyweights" in attendance at this summit a representative was on Sky Sports Radio this morning musing how the administrators can "entice" race-goers back to the tracks to ensure the longterm viability of this industry.
I have "THE SOLUTION".....appoint an ICAC officer to oversee the running operations of this industry and project a "squeaky-clean" image to the punting public.
With more confidence into how racing is administered, more people will feel confident that "nefarious" practices will be handled effectively in the Courts.
Just copy the excellent model instituted by the HKJC to eliminate some of the perpetrators.
Cheers.
