Smile The Infallible - A darkydog System -Posted 24/6/2011

Can be used Daily BUT Good track conditions only.

Go to UNITAB.
Mark down all the Tipster selections for each race.

Go to Racingandsports "Don Scott "asessed price ratings"

Mark down those price ratings at $10 or less.

Bets are those where both sets of ratings match.

Staking .

Add 1 to these number of horses in each race and use that figure as your MINIMUM acceptable price.

Cheers and good luck.

Hi Max,
I like to apply a bit of logic to my systems.
As with any good method it will have its good and not so good days but longterm should show very good profits.
Cheers.

I don't quite understand the Logic behind the third letter "R" system.
Or the Royal System.

That probably explains why I'm a Loser and you are a Winner.
I guess I need to learn to think outside the square like most members here seem to do.

Ho Ho Mooee,
The letter "R" was a huge joke (intended to highlight the fallacy of non rating based systems)
The joke to me was it actually worked for a short time and actually paid for my trip to Canada.
But as you say not meant to be taken seriously and like most non rating based systems fell in a hole quickly.

What surprised me was how many "bit"and thought it was for real.

Warmest regards.

Hi Max,
If you were strictly a Saturday punter you could use this method also with the Propun Ratings given out in the Friday newletter.
i.e
E.Farm
race 1 h 1
race 3 h 3
race 4 h 3
race 5 h 2 +3
race 6 h 6 +8
Race 7 h 2 +3
Race 8 h 3

Cheers

Looking at the selections at OPENING prices at IASbet and using another staking asessment (OPENING PRICE X 1.2) and using that as the MINIMUM acceptable Price one could isolate the better priced overlays.

But for me I just stick to adding 1 to the number of horses per race (as outlined in my first post)

By the way I,m only doing the E.F and Rockhampton races today.

Cheers

Perhaps the other thing one could do would be to concentrate on those asessed at $2 - $3.60 (someone here had figures for that).
I,ll trial that today at Townsville.
i.e
Race 1 H 2 (minimum $2)
Race 4 H 1
Race 5 H 3 + 7 (minimum $3)
Race 6 H 5 +9(ditto)
Race 7 H 2

Cheers
