I am a new chum to windows ME and want to get into the autoexecute.bat file to enter a new path to a dos program.
When Ihad windown 98 I simply went to accessories, system tools and could do what I wanted. It will not work on windows ME.
??????Any ideas please........

Try this:

Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Information

From the Tools menu select System Configuration Utility

Go to the Environment tab and edit the PATH variable.

Of course you can just edit the AUTOEXEC.BAT file on the C: drive manually if you know what you are doing.
