I have heard of him,the KH is Keith Harris Racing Services he has an office in sydney and melbourne and advertises in the sunday telegragh a couple of times a year for new members to his club, I dealt with them a few years back now and they were quite good their tips were of high quality, but the casual pricing over the 1900 number is a bit expensive, Not knowing your background I 'm not sure what you are after, if your new to the game and want some quality tips they may be worthwhile, if you have been in for a while and know your way around there may be better opportunties out there. Its all relative I suppose, But I can at least assure you he is not a ******** artist or a fly by nighter he has been in the game now for quite some time and under the same name "His", and that in itself says alot.
