Equine Influenza, now a new threat.

Remember when we had the outbreak of Equine Influenza and only a few States were allowed to race etc.

I have just discovered that one of the racing sales places has had an outbreak of Strangles. From what I hear, nothing has been done to curb this. The sales continue and they have tried to downplay it.
It was only when few purchasers who contacted eachother, that it came to light.
It is extremely dangerous and contagious.

To my knowledge it has not been reported and is in violation of the Act.
