Look at this story from the Australian

So it is possible the ACCC will investigate whether or not the TABs are being anti-competitive in relation to Betfair.

The key point is however that the ACCC will not act unless it hears from the punters. Punters need to lodge official complaints and do so in large enough numbers to get the ball rolling.

Any punter who wants to bet with the Betfair or any other betting exchange should lodge a complaint with the ACCC. Website is http://www.accc.gov.au There is a Contact link which gives you details on how to make complaints.
