I'm using Windows 7 and usually use Chrome, but my Browser has disappeared completely. The desk top is normal but when I click on the Chrome icon nothing happens? any help appreciated.

Did you check your task manager to see if any Chrome processes were running. Generally they are stuck and won't start a new one.

Kill all of them (or just restart your computer) and hopefully it fixes it.

Thanks for the reply UB, I had tried all that including System Restore all to no avail, but as it turned out I had explorer installed so was able to go on there and re-install Chrome and........ presto all good!

I'm glad you got it worked out. I hate computer issues. They are so frustrating.
