RaceCensus has been updated to 31/07/2019.
Updates were posted out to clients today.
RaceCensus now has over 3.27 million records and more than 318,000 races with five start form.

I had originally had the Handicapper's Rating and Rating Rank in the database, but found these to be less than useful, so at a client's request, this has been replaced with the Tattsbet / Ubet Rating and Rating rank from 1/1/2011 to 31/07/2019.

Compatible with all versions of Windows.
