I have recently received an offer to purchase a manual called "Horses & Courses". It's not expensive (under $100) and sounds as though it contains some interesting information, as well as it's main claim to be able to make money consistenty from backing favorites.

Anyone here on this forum have any experience with this manual?

Course information in the manual has been invaluable to me particulary for Country and Provincial tracks.

The Favourites System is more of a loss chasing staking plan that I could not recommend.

Have you anything to swap for it?
