Hi Good4th....

it's actually an incredibly difficult process....

1) go to the page you want,
2) click onto the page near the info you want
3) press Ctrl-A or click-and-drag to select all the info you want
4) press Ctrl-C or right-click and select copy
5) go to excel
6) press Ctrl-V or Click Edit.. Paste.

viola!

If you're just after the gallops, then might I suggest you go to the skychannel website, and click on on Todays Racing... Rundown, then select the gallops and press go. To get this into Excel you'll need to left-click and drag across the info you want to select it, then copy and paste.

Cheers,
Chris.

good 4th, do you mean you want the race schedule which is obtained by clicking on todays racing at the top left corner and then schedule at the top left of the page that appears???

and you mean you just want that without the T and G races??

if so, right click your mouse - oh, and you have to be using that idiot MS browser - explorer or whatever the stupid thin gis called.

click "export to excel" and that solves that part of the equation.

then you just need to filter out the non R meetings by using the filter that you find under DATA on the tool bar.

if however you want the prices etc for each race in the lead up to the race then you need to import this data using the "import new data - web query" mechanism under DATA and there you can select the info you want downloaded for each race and can leave out the stuff you dont want.

hope that helps.

see ya
