no complaints this week, controversies, hard luck stories. does the advertising disrupt the threads.
seems to take away my concentration.

The advertising is a pain in the backside..

I know I've only been around these forums a short while, but I used to think they were great... this persistent advertising is spoiling the forums..... it's waaaay overdone..... Better to have one or two threads hang around at the top of the list for a week or so each, than to have this continual barrage.....

Just my 2c worth.

Why worry about what has happened?

Why not look forward to the next fortnight of fantastic racing!!

not particularly worried.
but i look forward to the sharp comments and insights on the forum. they seem to decline when there is a lot of advertising heading the forum.
getting desperate for a winner. havent had one this week.
bungled my opportunities at northam last saturday.

I have noticed that in quite a few forums worldwide there has been a general clampdown on behaviour with people getting suspended quickly, posts removed increasingly as well as a general increase in advertising levels.
on top of this I think one of the major forum hosts is closing down all of their forums, tens of thousands of them due to the risks.

obviously, if legal problems and costs are driving forum owners to head this way then that is their right.

I suppose those who prefer open discussion can always go off and set up a new USENET newsgroup which is not too hard to do but is an open invitation to all idiots.
You cant stop anyone saying what they feel like saying, but then nobody is going to stop you either from making fair comment.

there is always a choice,

see ya

The adds don't bother me as that is a small price to pay for a free forum considering the adds we endure from the stuff we read and the TV we watch that we pay for but,
could someone please inform me as to which forum laboured under litegation last ? Ok any Forum ? Anywhere anytime ?

Hello ?
