Yeah right topsy99, makes up for not winning previous 'down-in-distance' 5 goes, for this horse - obviously easy to recognise the pattern for this fellow. Thanks for the tip anyway, just have work out how to get back in time

very difficult to throw anything on here without ending up in a chaff cutter.
i recently put forward that many longshots come down in distance.
(in answer to a post named longshots)
in the past couple of weeks dedicated miss space age and now shotgun kid all trained by n parnham have been successul.
just sharing my thoughts and minor successes.
if you feel displeased then please ignore.

topsy99,

How is your Listed system going?

Are you still following it and are you pleased?

Don't want any info, just curious as you seem to have got some great returns earlier with it.

Cheers.

Topsy,

Don't bother anymore it ain't worth it as very few show appreciation.

You saw what happened to me when I tried to share what I was doing.

After reading many of the posts of the so called experts I began to think I was an idiot for doing what I was, so changed my method to give me a definate selection and not using gut feeling.

Guess what first day I lost.

Thought ************ the experts, went back to what I was doing and haven,t dropped since.

Cheers

PS I'm not referring to the above post as it may have been me that wrote that as well. :???:

thanks for the advice.
i have used the method for several years and although seem to be always learning something have been getting some thrills with it.
i put forward my thoughts on horses coming down in distance because many listed horses win coming down in distance which is different to all the advice that i have heard over the years.
n parnham seems to be very good at setting his horses.
i use the forum for a discussion post and sharing ideas.
i dont use it to make money or sponge ideas off people.
i bet listed horses to give me a focus e.g. else there is a bet in every race.
its good fun.
its obviously not kosher to put up successes but backed examine the books at wangaratta today and dream quest in launceston.
my biggest disappointment with the method is sydney racing which is at such a low ebb that it virtually is dropping off the radar.
i dont know where all the listed horses in sydney go as they are still running the races but the horses are not appearing on the track.
any way thanks for the encouragement.
if i seem to get a bit excited please ignore me and i promise not to tell anyone about my next longshot.
regards

A couple of points.

GET EXCITED that's part of it.

Why isn't it kosher to post successes,I for one like to read of other peoples achievements, it's only the ones that are going bad that will knock you.

My biggest knocker often posts his success but I rarely see him posting his selections before the event.

DO YOUR OWN THING AND ************ THE REST.

I will qualify my last statement, I never stop looking for the so called holy grail, which is a definate selection on the place around $2.

IF EVER I come across it there is 5 people on this forum that I would ask for their email to let them know.

Cheers
