When doing ratings to required odds needed do we leave out our top rater because we cannot get the required odds we've assessed.E.G. Odds req =3.40 tote/bookies odds 2.90 and still bet our 2nd/3rd selections because they are a better price elsewhere.

If i understand what you are trying to do i would not leave out the top rated it is not always the fav if your rating are of a quality type just rate the field and bet on the overs for the top couple selections
