I think this is a paradox type question,
but here it goes;

If one was to start their base rate at the jokey rate tables, and then use the weight allocated for their horses next race, then, if
top rated Jky. was on 2nd most weighted horse
and
2nd or 3rd rated Jky. was on top weighted horse,
which horse would be considered at most advantge ?


Example:
In numbers:
Jockey:--Rate:---HrseWt
A:---------90--------50--->rate so far # ?
B:---------80--------55--->rate so far # ?
