Apologies if this topic has already been disscused,
I was wondering how you guys are handling Betfairs ludicrious mode of withdrawing funds? I cant't help but think its a ploy by them to make it as hard as possible to collect winnings,i'm hoping sanity will prevail and they will sort this nonsense out, has anyone had any problems with them mailing checks ?

I must say I'm extremely disappointed at their service, I emailed an enquiry about depositing funds and got a reply within the hour, I further emailed them about getting funds out, as I wanted funds direct deposited to a bank account, and have received no replies after two further emails.

Ain't that the way of the world Chrome ?

I have made several withdrawals straight to my bank a/c, no problems. Not to keen on their new site though.

Well it appears that my betfair saga will never end ,it has now been 10 days since the saga began,though today there was a slight move forward with the funds being returned to my betfair account(i have no idea why), i have again attempted to withdraw the funds and am now eagerly awaiting the cash.....

They seem to look after the bigger players [like Mark] only.

Like everything, the lower the charges [or % take in this instance], the lower the service standards and higher the anxiety levels.

A bit like mobile phone account companies
