![]() could they relegate hawthorn i think it would be merciful and put fans and players out of their misery.
i think a win in division two is better than no wins in division one. probably why they do it in bowls. |

Think we can add Richmond to the list. Now at least there are 2 teams in our div 2  _________________ [ This Message was edited by: sportzfan on 2004-06-14 11:13 ] |

![]() Good idea they could play each other every week for the whole season, and the winner of the grand final,(hopefully they both would make it)could be promoted for next season. The loser could fold up their tents or maybe they could merge.

![]() Combine into say 2 teams per main states, 1 tas, 1 act, 1 nt, the best of the local leagues. Relegate a couple more from div1 to div2 maybe. Then you would have a situation where each team in div1 / div2 could play each other twice during season.
Promote 2 div2s / relegate 2 div1s at the end of each season. |

![]() Yeah, chuck in the Manly Sea Eagles while you're there. They might be better at Ariel Ping Pong, although doubt it. Maybe just put the team in skirts and they could be the cheersquad....
