HCP Races

Of the 9 races at Flemington 12/3, which ones are the HCP's. I'm confused about which races are hcp's and which one are not.

Can someone please advise me?

At Flemington Races 2, 4, 6, and 9 are handicaps. Races 1, 3, 5, and 8 are Set Weights with Penalties and Race 7 is at WFA.

Generally in formguides they are handicaps unless they are otherwise advised.
Are you brewing a system around that.
