Default CATS vs SAINTS

The Saints are presently faves in that game. I can't see why.
Gehrig is out suspended and Hammill is most unlikely to play.
Riewoldt is back but I think he may struggle a bit against the Cats defense of Harley and Scarlett who is back in great form.
The cats have given all indications that they have really set themselves for this game. Im almost certain to go and watch this game on Satdy. It should be an absolute belter!!

Riewoldt to struggle against Harley and Scarlett...? Only if he plays on both of them....
Hamill will play, Riewoldt will most likely play FF with Kositchzke(I think I spell that differently every time I write it.....) probably at CHF...

At this stage it is a straight swap of Gehrig for Riewoldt, a fair trade I would think... Last time Riewoldt played FF I believe he kicked 9.
But I do agree, it should be an absolute belter....

Saints will get up, they have too much class for Geelong and I reckon the cats are nothing special.

I wouldnt be jumping in to back saints at 1.75, might be a bit underdone in big men department. will probably get on cats, but not overconfident, reckon they are value though. would think sydney at 1.36 are unders , as are port at 1.70 against kangas... wont be hopping in to grab those odds.

Watched that cats v dogs match, didnt rate the cats and thought the 35 point margin wasnt really indicative.Saints are a different team at the dome
it would have been 10 goals against the pies if played there.saints will win by probably around 4 goals.
Every week we keep waiting for Port to show up,I wouldnt be putting money on them, because it would be less money to put on Brisbane
Freo are a safe bet against the pies, sydney should account for essendon

Neither side are playing anywhere near where they should be at the moment, and it is very difficult to go either way.

*St Kilda are at the Dome. Home ground and easily the team which utilises the conditions the most.
*AFL's Million Dollar Baby should be back.
* Players like Milne, Voss and Ball are running back into form.
*The Dome produces big scores, and Geelong may not have the firepower.

*Geelong are coming off a couple of good wins, including PA at AAMI.
*No G-Train
*Physical Scarlett should dominate Riewoldt, who, naturally and even subconsciously, may look to favour his shoulder.
*Geelong harder through the midfield.

Again, it looks really hard to pick this one. Geelong will probably be able to turn the screws on St Kilda's attack, should Kent Kingsley and co. kick a few goals, and considering the value on Geelong, Geelong appear to the goods.

Great summary of the game Mercurial!!
Really agree with the CATS turning the screws.
Thats where they were impressive against the BULLDOGS.
They appear to be a team that sems to suffocate the opposition untill you are playing below there level.
Thats my query about them being good enough to win a flag, but, they will at least win plenty of games to give themselves a shot.
