I have a copy of Don Scotts original book "WINNING"

It is not in A1 top condition in fact the front cover is missing and somewhere on its 26years of travels it has absorbed a small amout of moisture in the top left hand corner but despite these flaws in its makeup, its in perfect working order and as a reference text I highly recommend it.
As a gesture of good will I propose to give this book away and Id like to run a tipping contest on the horses next Saturday for anyone who might be interested in being the new owner of the abovementioned book......Id like think whoever ends up with the book dosent just put on a shelf and leave it there because then someone will be missing the use of it. Or maybe even when theyve gleaned enough info from it they might pass it on in the same manner ...the main thing is Id like to see it used not wasted .
Anyway if anyone would like to play just express your interest by posting a note on this thread with a YEP in it ....If I get enough interest parties Ill post some rules in a coupla days

Good on ya fellas .......the rules will be simple (3 SELECTIONS)
Select ONE horse in EACH of the 3 eastern states Metrop only SYD +MELB +BRIS(1from SYD 1 from MELB and 1 from BRIS)
...Your selections will be deemed to be backed eachway and the Highest Total Dividends returned(QLDTAB) will be the winner
If there is a late scratching the tote favorite (QLD) will be the substitute
If you post before the scratchings come out and your horse is scratched the same rule will apply
Selections to be in before the first race in SYD MELB or BRIS(whichever starts earliest)
And if theres a tie(with divs)the first one to have posted their selections will be the winner..... Hope thats not to complicated ...Ill put a new thread up before Saturdayfor the selections ... thanks again
