Systems?

Hi all,
I'm a newbie here. I remember hearing about a book/magazine/annual? that came out with the top systems and also on how to make your own system. I just don't remember what it was called or where I can get it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or where I can get it? Thanks.

JOMAR,

That very popular magazine published a book of systems (about 75, plus staking plans) about 5 years ago I believe.
